  • As a Fractional CFO, I provide startup and small business founders visibility, insight, and control. Visibility is achieved by improving your reporting and if needed, demystifying your financial statements. Diving into what happened, why it happened and what it means (the why and so what) generates greater insight which gives founders more confidence to take control of their business. And control drives growth.

  • It’s like a multi-lap track race where you can enter at any lap depending on where your business is. In lap one, we improve reporting and trust in the financial processes. This takes about six weeks. In lap two, we build tools that drive more insight and encourage you to take more calculated risks. This takes approximately eight weeks. Of course the industry experience helps, but nothing is more important than understanding how the underlying business model works, and that's what I do.
